Are you a patient at Barnt Green surgery who is over 80?

Or do you have a friend or relative who is a patient with the surgery who is over 80? If you are, or you know someone and you or they have not heard from them regarding the COVID vaccine please the surgery on 0121 445 1704.

There are some patients in this age group who the surgery has been unable to reach.

This does not apply to over 80’s who are housebound. They will be contacted separately to arrange a visit. Please do not the surgery regarding this as they be in touch with you.
