Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2161 Sandhills Green, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2161 Sandhills Green from its junction with U23221 Bittell Ln to its junction with C2173 Aqueduct Ln.

Reason: Tree maintenance by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2161 Callow Hill Rd, C2161 Tanyard Ln, C2291 Birmingham Rd, B4120 Bittell Rd, C2174 Hewell Rd, U23221 Sandhills Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 6 November 2026
